Our very own Brent Marris, Proprietor & Winemaker of Marisco Vineyards was honoured earlier this year by The Drinks Business with their ultimate accolade - naming him within their elite 'Top 100 Master Winemakers 2023'.
This is a phenomenal achievement and is testament to Brent's scrupulous love affair with wine making. It's an accolade only possible if you first achieve a Masters medal as part of The Drinks Business Global Master tasting series.
It's fitting of course - that Brent achieved this pre-requisite by winning the Master Winemaker Trophy for Best Sauvignon Blanc 2023, a varietal that he continues year after year to craft, perfect and celebrate.
Brent has also earned Masters medals for "exceptional examples" with the following four wines in previous years.

-The Craft Series 'The Pioneer' Chardonnay 2016 (The Global Chardonnay Masters 2021)

So you can imagine how humbled Brent is in receiving such recognition and how incredibly proud of his team (which he refers to as family) he is.
